Job Description:

- Performs daily guest check-in and check-out duties
- Answers all incoming phone calls and conducting reservations
- Responsible for managing daily guest receipts, folios, and transactions
- Responding to guests inquiries, complaints, and concerns
- Works with different departments for daily operations
- Performs all preparations and room assignments for daily arrivals
- Directs guests for local attractions
- Handles reservations and future bookings from Travel Agents, and Corporate Clients
- Able to handle emergency situations and reports to the appropriate departments and personnel

Job Requirements:

- Degree/Certificate in Hospitality is an Asset, but not required
- Post Secondary Education is preferred
- Desire to work as a team
- Fast learners who are willing to accept feedback
- Excellent communication skills
- Have strong knowledge in local attractions
- Available to work during the weekends
- Ability to multi-task
- Comfortable with standing in a long period of time
- Employee Travel Benefits provided
