We are currently seeking full-time or part-time (depending on hours) Guest Service Agents working at the front desk.
Job Positions:
1) Front Desk Guest Service Agent
2) Front Desk Guest Service Agent/ Night Auditor
Job Description:
– Performs daily guest check-in and check-out duties
– Answers all incoming phone calls and conducting reservations
– Responsible for managing daily guest receipts, folios, and transactions
– Responding to guests inquiries, complaints, and concerns
– Works with different departments for daily operations
– Performs all preparations and room assignments for daily arrivals
– Directs guests for local attractions
– Handles reservations and future bookings from Travel Agents, and Corporate Clients
– Able to handle emergency situations and reports to the appropriate departments and personnel
Job Requirements:
– Degree/Certificate in Hospitality is an Asset, but not required
– Post Secondary Education is preferred
– Desire to work as a team
– Fast learners who are willing to accept feedback
– Excellent communication skills
– Have strong knowledge in local attractions
– Available to work during the weekends
– Ability to multi-task
– Comfortable with standing in a long period of time
